Rosy Balloons LLC provides balloon décor and event decoration services including but not limited to:

Balloon decorations for events
Balloon garlands (pickup orders available)
Helium-filled balloons
Balloon installations
Backdrop rentals
Event setup and decoration services

Services are available in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Payments

Clients may choose one of the following payment options:

Full payment at the time of booking, or
50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due on or before the event date.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Rosy Balloons LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if payment has not been completed as agreed.

4. Delivery and Setup

Delivery fees apply and are calculated based on the distance and zip code of the event location.

Clients must ensure that the event location is accessible at the agreed setup time. Rosy Balloons LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, late access, or scheduling issues beyond our control.

5. Outdoor Installations and Weather

Balloon decorations are sensitive to environmental conditions.

Rosy Balloons LLC is not responsible for damage or changes to balloons caused by:

Heat
Wind
Rain
Sun exposure
Extreme temperatures
Outdoor conditions

Outdoor balloon setups are performed at the client’s risk.

6. Balloon Durability

Balloons are delicate products. Rosy Balloons LLC is not responsible for balloons popping, shrinking, or deflating due to:

Weather conditions
Heat or sunlight
Wind
Children handling the balloons
Accidental damage

7. Responsibility After Setup

Once the setup is completed and approved by the client, the client becomes responsible for the decorations and rented items.

Any damage, loss, or misuse of rental items (including backdrops or equipment) may result in additional charges.
