Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes! We offer delivery and professional installation in select areas of Houston and surrounding neighborhoods.
Delivery pricing depends on your ZIP code, setup complexity, and event type.
We also offer pickup options for select items like Grab & Go garlands, jumbo balloons, helium bouquets and more.
Do you have a minimum order to book services?
Yes! To book our services, we have the following minimums:
• $500 minimum for full-service bookings (balloons + backdrops or larger installations)
• $300 minimum for balloons only
• $250 minimum for backdrop rentals only
Minimums apply before delivery fees.
What type of balloons do you use?
We use high end, professional quality balloons, including 100% biodegradable latex and foil balloons.
Indoor latex balloons can last for weeks. Balloons filled with helium typically float 12–24 hours.
Our latex balloons are treated to help extend their lifespan, but temperature and weather can affect how long they last especially outdoors.
What is a Grab & Go Garland?
A Grab & Go garland is a pre-assembled balloon garland that you pick up and install yourself.
It’s a budget-friendly option that’s easy to hang and perfect for small events. Pickup is available 7 days a week with scheduling.
Most garlands fit in a midsize SUV with the seats down and an empty cargo area.
Do you set up at venues with limited time?
Yes! We are experienced with tight venue setup windows and can complete most installations efficiently.
We coordinate directly with you to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
Can balloons be installed outdoors?
Yes, but outdoor setups depend on:
Weather conditions, wind, heat exposure and shade availability.
We use professional-grade materials, but extreme heat and direct sunlight can reduce balloon longevity.
We will always recommend the best setup option for outdoor events in Houston.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept: Zelle, Cashapp, credit cards (4% processing fee applies) and other electronics payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable.
In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
Do you comeback for takedown?
If your setup includes rented items like backdrops or marquee letters, yes, we return to remove them. We also pop the balloons and clean up the area after takedown.
If it is balloons only and does not include rented items, we do not return for removal.
How does delivery and installation work?
We arrive at your event location with all balloons fully inflated and ready to go. Once everything is set and looking perfect, we head out.
Depending on the size and complexity of the installation, setup can take as little as 30 minutes or up to 1–2 hours.
