Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rosy Balloons LLC

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.

However, if an event is canceled, the deposit may be applied toward a future order with Rosy Balloons LLC.

2. Cancellations

Clients must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

If cancellation occurs within less than 72 hours before the event, Rosy Balloons LLC reserves the right to retain the deposit and any payments already made.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event.

Rosy Balloons LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability.

4. No Refund Policy

Rosy Balloons LLC maintains a strict no refund policy.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed services

  • Weather-related balloon damage

  • Outdoor balloon deterioration

  • Event cancellations within 72 hours

  • Balloons damaged after setup

5. Weather Conditions

Weather-related issues do not qualify for refunds.

Clients are responsible for providing appropriate indoor or weather-protected environments when necessary.
